Request account or data deletion
Ricardo Yard is operated by Ricardo Trade LLC. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app or signing in.
- Email support@ricardoclean.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Ricardo Yard account deletion”.
- Tell us whether you want to delete your account and associated data, or only specific data. Do not send your password or payment card details.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership. We respond to verified privacy requests within 30 days.
Requests may cover your account, profile and contact information, messages, uploaded photos, reviews and support requests. Financial and service records needed for accounting, payment reconciliation, refunds, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be retained for the applicable legal or operational retention period; see Data Retention below. We will explain any retention that applies to your request.
You can also delete your account from Profile in the app. Active bookings must first be completed or canceled and outstanding invoices resolved. If you need help with this, contact support at the email above.
